Dr Scott Champion
Founding Partner
Scott has significant experience in strategy development, service delivery, the securing of investment, and governance. Scott has a strong background in agriculture, pastoral systems, land management & natural resources, and farmer engagement. He has held leadership roles in tertiary education and research, the private sector, and not-for-profit industry bodies. This work has often been within complex, multi-party projects. Scott operates effectively and comfortably from community to CEO and ministerial level, and is an experienced speaker and facilitator.
Scott is based in Wellington.
Kelvin Whall
Founding Partner
Kelvin blends more than 30 years of experience with leadership roles in research, technology transfer, quality assurance, international marketing, trade policy, and business & sector strategy development. Kelvin has lived and worked offshore, with 4 years in Washington DC as well as years of in-market activity in China, and other developing markets. Kelvin has a passion for stakeholder relationship management and building design-led, collaborative teams.
Kelvin is based in Christchurch.
Marc Elliott
Partner
Marc has 20 years’ experience listening to and understanding primary sector participants. Within the pastural sector he has led several complex multi-year qualitative and quantitative research studies. His focus is on practice change, communications, and stakeholder type research. Marc is a seasoned focus group facilitator. He is passionate about presenting the views of sector participants in ways that help leaders make progress while taking their communities with them. Marc’s family heritage is producing food and he remains deeply commitment to supporting this legacy.
Marc is based in Auckland.
